The Region 1 RSS Access Site screens, assesses, approves and creates recovery support service vouchers authorizing services at Department of Mental Health-approved RSS Providers for residents of Missouri eighteen (18) years and older with a substance use disorder. We also follow up on voucher recipients to encourage them in recovery and ensure that they are receiving the services they need.
